About The Band

Introductions

The Awakened are a Post Rock/ Metal band from around the South East London area. Based in Croydon, The Awakened rock the bars and clubs of the South East spreading their unique blend of old school metal and new wave rock.

We've had our ups and downs over the years, and thanks to you, all those who came before you, and our former members we're still going stronger than ever.

Among the high points we've played gigs at some of the very best venues in London, recorded 3 EPs, and played with and met some amazing people. With huge plans for the next 12 months we can't wait to get going.

Currently busy preparing a visit to Spain for the recording of a new EP and touring across continental Europe. The band will be stopping in cities such as Valencia, Barcelona, Paris, and others with a home coming gig in London. This year looks set to be a very busy one for the band.
